Another czar

I heard today that we now have 21 "czars" in the federal gubmint. Bush had 3 and before that I dont think I ever heard the term used when referring to anything in U.S. govmnt. These people can act and implement policy as they see fit and not answer to congress,and therefore not answer to us.This is getting beyond scary.I expected bad things wheh "that one" got elected, but holy shit, where does this stop.I understand elections have consequences but WOW.....
