HI Mike,
1000.4 it's for the eastern arc. That's means that you need to use satellites 61.5, 72.7, 77. Those are on the east coast. Depending you zipcode are tables on dishnetwork site to get azimuth, elevation and tilt. Usually you need to point and try to find fisrt satellite 72.7 that it's the middle oval in your lnb. After it's only fine tune for 61.5 and 77.
