Some 2700 years ago the prophet Isaiah wrote of the earth being round. Also, the dead sea scrolls, found just last century had manuscripts from Isaiah that when matched with the copied scripture of that day, revealed God's word to be exact to the letter. So much for the theory that over time God's word was polluted and changed and misinterpreted, etc...the scrolls dating back over 1000 years. It is written, "God's word NEVER changes"
It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:
