all that is old news
i dont know why they even write up a contract because they dont stick to it
directv can take your money for anything they want and you cant do a damn thing about it
the phone lines i havent had a problem with because you only have to be above 23 percent wich ive been able to get pretty easily
there are alot of homes w/ no phone but if you run phone and get the ones you can it usually works out
like the one guy said he lost 750 bucks because there were no jacks available and couldnt get cust to pay to run
well for 750 id run some phone
the real problem is dtv charging back for bs that there own contract says they cant charge for like bad equiptment and service past 90
we need to focus on the things they are breaking their own contract on and get some lawyers involved
cause just like they tell us techs hit em in the wallet and youll get their attention
