Re: injury

That is why they call it employee comp.  That is for the reason if you do get hurt on the job.  I know most is at fault and not paying attention or not following the saftey rules.  But, there is a few that is unforseen accidents.  That is not at fault.  I could come up with a dozen or more reasons, but I'm not.  I just hope the guy that is asking the question is not at fault.  But, I don't know.
