Its a serious matter. And already its turned into one liners. The fact is that the pay doesnt keep up with the cost we pay out to still do the job. We all know it and company man always talk about the hacks. We didnt hire the hacks they did. Not our problem. If they had a fair program of chargebacks we wouldnt mind, but again another buddy system program exist. The point I am making is that they should use a independant team that doesnt know any of the techs or their names. That would be fair. And we do not, negotiate their contract. They should take the subs situation into account (fact that our pay goes down and our prices go up) when negotiating a contract. But they are scared of Directv and Dish might tell them no. The owners should organize with other owners to negotiate fair contracts for their subs. They dont want hacks? Then make the job fair. The only reason hacks can exisit is because of the differences between companies ways of doing things in comparrison to what Dish and Direct really tell them, They invent new things to qc thats not Direct or Dish rules but their own. so they may have xtra chargebacks. If not all companies would be the same everywhere. But their not are they?
Techs are just as bad. Start a good thread and they turn it into a 1 liner smart remark insults on each other. Get this inhto your little tiny heads. No one cares about you , but each other and they know that! You are the ones that control the work and the money, but you won't take the position seriously! You cant stick together. You do not have the guts to start a union! You dont even have the guts to take a stand! And when someone else does you disappear leaving the guy who did have the guts stand alone. So all you 1 liners are either kiss asses who care about no one but yourself or little newbies that just got into the business and are already know it alls! You dont know shit! This forum has been here for years and not one of you big talkers take a stand. If you dont stand together in this business you will fall! One by one! All the administrators that sit on their butt and give orders are making money. But you who do the work, keep the customer happy, take the risk of snakes, posionus spiders etc, and spend all the money on the parts, insurance, tools, gas, maientenance etc are still getting the screws! Do you people not know your worth? Are you admitting that these companies only hire a bunch of dummies!
