Yea, but how many sub-owners have gone through the same thing only to find a way to the "top"? Its the American dream to get that nice house and we all started somewhere. Screwing people is not, or at least should not, be the way to get there or anywhere. But don't pile every sub-owner or dude who "made" it into the same pile as the evil one keeping everyone down. Isn't a nice house and ownership where you want to be someday?
