one second you state the "the vast majority of the people complaining are nitwits, then you complain....interesting. However, your are correct, that is part of the problem (too many chiefs). But you shouldnt put down those who are finally starting to stand up for themselves. Just because it has someones name on the sign doesnt mean that those under him dont have a say. Thats the problem at knight, noone gives a crap about what the techs have to say. Last i checked, it was the TECHS who made the money to buy the yachts,limos, planes,and so on.
