Direct Effect is a new company for Mr. Russell Leitch out of Dallas Texas. Currently they are looking for Reps in Oregon for the wonderful Charter Communications. This company will hold 10% of your check up to $1500.00 dollars and then suppose to give it back after 6 months after you leave the company. I am still waiting for my $1400.00 dollars after 1 and a half years. Good luck on getting your 1099 at the end of the year. I called on the phone, I sent email, and I sent registered mail they would not accept. I never did get my tax information from these people. Hold back is a scam there are better systems to handle the risk. As far as contractors go they are the worst company i have ever been associated with. I learned my lesson the hard way I hope you will not have to do the same. If you do a search under Russell Leitch you will see much more.
