Well CCDISH is not with SGT...We all have a contract with Connect Television.  Those BS charge backs do not come from us companies, they all come straight from Connect.  We have never charged back a tech on anything that did not come straight from Connect.  Yes is think most of them are BS and we to are fighting that issue for you guys. I have sent every manager the break down list from Connect to them that you all received, and as per your contract we pass any chargebacks we get from Connect that they say you created.  Yes CCDIRECT is another company of ours that does business with multiband and DIRECTV owner operated.  The good thing we have noticed about them is that if they give us charge backs it is usually correct and they let us know as soon as it happens not 5 months later.   We are all feeling the pain of these chargebacks from Connect television and CCDISH has charge backs they eat because techs no longer working after market shuts down.  Just wanted to make clear to all of where these chargebacks are really coming from.
