I stopped doing directv about 1.5 years ago. the OTG what BS that was. I told who I worked for I see a OTG backcharge I'm done. I didn't see any until I terminated the contract and there were 2 for the day I stopped because I refused the route.
I do dish now but I stay away from them. They are not my source for money. They are an added bonus to what I install. 30 day garentee after that no backcharges. Pays more than dish or direct equipment is cheap. Just takes longer to install and have to travel.
There are options out there. Stop getting screwed. I got asked if I would go install for wild blue. I said no they have the exact same backcharge policy as dish. You techs are lucky garentee work for 90 days. retail its 6 months and can be backcharged up to a year.
