My advice is don't do sh*t for free. I do very little for free if I am feeling the customer cant afford it and makes my job quick and easy anyway then ill go free. I would rather hop in an attic for 20 minutes than wrap a house with cable. I really don't go much further than that.
As far as who I work for I am independent and don't deal with directv no more. Back to dish as a retailer.
