DA Tech is not a good Company to work for, They are Horrible with the pay. They have a $3000 Retainage and a Unlimited amount Charge back retainage So that means they can take upwards to $10.000 for you or until they feel its enough, WHAT KIND OF BULLSHIT IS THAT ? They used to be a good company until Phil too over as Manager of the entire system. They charge techs back so much some of them walk out with $300 dollar checks after Back charges, The paperwork is unreal and even after that paperwork they still find or create a way to charge you back. They never stick up for there techs, If the MSO said you did it they won't even investigate they will just charge you back, Now don't get me wrong there are some techs that deserve to get charged back because they are hacks, but even hacks should be able to defend theres elves. NOW the so called manager there Jason is a real prick and If you go to work for them you will see after one week, they are rude and are real nasty to the Techs they don't care about they techs and you will see that real soon, But if you want to work there, Talk to some techs first in the Athens and gainesville system and they just opened a office in duluth and the just lost a bunch of techs there, But see for yourself i hope you have money saved up because you will have to cut them a check to work for them. And yes they do pay on time whatever they feel they want to give you
