i think homeless is the answer (if you have no family responsibility) i see these folks at the bizzy intersections in miami and i wonder---- if 5000 cars a day go thru this area and the panhandler would get at least a quarter from half the cars ? jesus christ that is pretty close to 650 bucks tax freea day, sleep under the overpass and never bathe , pretty decent living i think. just my opinion !
