I have to agree with that one I give all of my guy's time to fix it with a written report if they don't in 3 day's they get an official write up then after 5 day's they loose the entire job to the QC tech that fixes the problem's long as it was a major F-up like a drop or grounding.
If it is small stuff like grommets or a ground tag they loose 1 or 2 jobs from the next couple of day's.
I also explain what they did wrong (I really shouldn't have to because they are supposed to be pro's but......)and make sure to retrain if need be
