you seem more interested in not paying to much than to not paying enough ,the works to easy so how should get the bulk of the pay ? you the man at the house or the tech ,the man getting the job done . pretty simple answer to that question pay a percentage based on what is required by the tech are you supplying everything ,are you covering all expeses than maybe a 50/50 split is the tech covering his own expenses and materail and you just pretty much gettin the check and writing the tech one than a 70/30 lot of varibles here i may be wrong here but it sounds to me like your notwonting to pay much of what you get due to ease of the job so this tells me you feel you should get paid more for handing out work you got a choice of being the average greddy contactor or being one that wants every one to make money not just yourself dont seem so hard
