  Thats why the contractors are always leaving town; Nobody ever catches up with them.
Its all part of their perfect plan. 
  Start up new guys with no experience; hold they checks for 3 weeks ; by the time they get the first check the see theyre not gettihng the rates they started on for; then back charge for anything under the sun the can conjure up; and leave town with your last two checks.
