I got in with a private company and I didnt have to get certified but Ill ask some of the other guys.Keep your eyes on the northeast as the company I work for just won statewide lottery contracts in Delaware and and I think it was Connecticut. Contractor where I am is called Miltell. Dont know alot about them but I know they sub the work out, thats where I came up with the $200 figure from thier guys. If I find out more I will pass along.
