In my area if u get a QC, it will fail for having cc, and failed QC's leads to suspension, which leads to not being routed. also the DTV hd equipment is very sensitive and also runs at high freq, and also the new recvrs wont let u activate with any low signals or failed transpondrs, the continue fix later option is gone, and getting a waiver on the activation is really hard to get,
