Hey, I got an idea.
Buy a couple of houses and rent them out, God knows that so many people are loosing their homes in foreclosures and need a place to live.
In Michigan you can buy a nice house for under $10,000.00 and rent it out to some poor sucker who just lost his house. 
With God all things are possible
