Once a Webstar is provisioned and put online, you cannot access that info. The easiest way to look at your levels at your install location using the webstar modem is to hook it up and plug it in before you have it provisioned. The CMTS will see that it's not provisioned and kick it over to the security servers so all webpages will be one of the "not authorized".... No big whoop though. It's online and producing levels for you to see via the 192.168.100.1
Just click the "signal" button on the webstar diagostic page and you'll see the s/n and levels you need. Once your happy and done adjusting your configuration at D-Mark, unplug the modem power and THEN call in for the provision.
Make sure you run this procedure past your QA department first to make sure the security server is not remembering the MAC address and might block the CMTS for future "online" status.
Good Luck
