Take My word for it, Charter management doesn't care. I worked for an ops manager who once said when we were working on reviews, " I don't get it they work for us " Another of his great thoughts were " there are only contractors" .  Believe me Charter has the idea you will only play by their rules, customers and employees! That why they don't get it!
