The unfortunate thing is that congress will never vote for it. Would you vote yes to end your job in 4 years? Me niether! Is there any other recourse the citizens/subjects can take short of violence.Maybe they need to be phisically removed. Not a threat by me to the Gov't or anything like that, just an open question.
