Yea I know abot getting the screwed part. When I was a in-house service for Mediacom in Currituck county. A sub trying to hold me hostage because her internet went down. I told her I was going to get maintenance out there right away to get this problem fixed. Remember, this is going through a upgrade at that time. I told the lady if you a a carton of smokes and a case of beer, There was no problem and I was all hers until somebody got out there. She didn't have either so I left. But WE got everything back up and running agian anyway. And yes, if I had the chance to go back, I would.
