what is going on with all the chargebacks? as if we werent making any money allready, now insight will charge you back for not renting a VOD test movie.... it seems like every week they come up with some way to take money out of your pocket....hell you can get charged back for somthing that you didnt even do ...does anyone else here have majors issues with this ?
