there is no tips
you have it hooked up or you don't
from there it just depends if your ird gets hit for a responder
Directv is looking for a percentage and most companies are following those guidelines so if you hook the phone
where you can then you should follow with at least 40-45%
I live in an area where most customers have cell phones 75% of the time and a lot of that is because of the apt installs.
You do what you can and have to live with the rest.  Directv only charges $5.00 for non-responders per account not per IRD so I guess it depends on whether your company follows that direction.
