Re: frontier communications

  From everthing that I read, it seems that they are going to continue to build were there are franchise agreements, and who knows after that.  Though it is smaller than Verizon, it is a fairly good size company and probably shares that corporate mentality.But you are right, it seemed the Northwest division was a nuisance to Verizon.
