They get it now. He's back to pretending to be a nice guy. Everyone in pasco honestly thought he was a good guy, until he came back from pinellas and showed his true colors. Now he's trying sooo hard to stop the bleeding. Laughing and joking with techs. Telling everyone that he didn't change. The problem is that everyone needed that version of him 6 months ago when he was telling us how easily we can be replaced and kicking people with problems out of his office. In a way it worked out. Everyone learned an important lesson about who they can trust. People will never work hard for him again. They will smile in the morning and then go out and do the bare min to avoid losing jobs........by the way, everyone that left had no problem finding jobs. Some in the industry and some not but no problems at all.
