DirecTV owned and operated charges back for EVERY IRD that doesn't respond back, swaps included. I was told if you activate with the phone line it automatically pings it. So my plan is to have 100ft phone cord and activate every ird when the customer has home phone service. My question is how do u activate with the phone line on Standard IRDS. Its easy on DVRs. I was told there is a channel you goto. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
