Now your response right there sir, was a stereotype and borderline racist. Just because a person is poor or living in a third world country, doesnt mean that they live like that. People learn how to not to live beyond their means. And if most of us Americans would stop living beyond our means, myself included, we would have alot more change in our pocket and wouldnt be cryin about a damn recession. SMH
