So say you built an entire cable system. You spent the labor and paid for materials. Now the company actually loses money on the job and can't make sales to turn a profit. Should it be up to the government to decide that you should not be paid for your work? How is that different than the companies giving out contractually owed bonuses?
AIG bonuses was specifically allowed in the bailouts. And loopholed through by Democrat Chris Dodd. Voted through by a Democrat controlled Congress
