You are the winner!!!! Bing Bing Bing!!! Cops in this town do not give drunks rides home. They are a collection agency... they collect your drunkass and throw you in the slammer and then you go pay the judge... It must have been a security guard that let the drunk go!!! and may be pimpin' his ride..............
