Hmmmmmm. Sounds like all you wanna do is dissuade folks from trying to get their due. Work mans liens. File one on every 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party beneficiary if you were not paid for work performed. I know this about overtime and unfair labor practices, but it's time to find other, more gainful work brothers. Cable and satellite are one way streets going to the poor house for subs. I ran into a tech working for Amtec the other day here in Westchester driving a non-white, non capped pick up truck with all of the water damaged boxes of cable, safety belt, tools, and other equipment sitting in the open bed, no cablevision or company plaques on said vehicle, cab piled high in garbage and smelling like a case of hot arse and a rotten brick of welfare cheese, no meter in sight, no uniform, unwashed, un shaven, missing half his teeth, etc. He was probably the supervisor seeing as he had other peoples job sheets laying in that mess he called a truck.
This is what we have come to. GET OUT!!!!!!
