I never liked running phone lines and until this year I never did or even made an effort to know how. Then I switched from an hsp to an afs subcontractor and had to start running phone lines or be charged back. I never ran one phone line, I just plugged into the existing outlets and my phone responder percentage was 71. It's not that big of a deal and that number was achieved in a mix of rural and suburban markets. I don't like doing it either but it's not that big of a deal.
