I have to say, some of the postings are on the up and up. I know because I've done some interviews, but these "companies" that post here with just a cell number.. No web site, no company name, no email...is just not ethical There is nothing to track down and confirm before you send off a resume with most of your personal information and work history. You got to be dumb as a stump to do that..
I will suggestion that this site screen the postings better. Anyone that places an ad with no company name have their ad removed ASAP.
