I  have  talked  to   a couple  of  techs  n  there saying  its  a  big  cluster with  that company  out of houston .Never  having  enough eqip.  and  jobs  not  being  routed til last  minute.Just  a  cluster n  he  still  waitin  for  his  first  check.
