Insurance

I have contacted my local hsp which is also my former employer and have been offered a fulfillment contract but I am having a hard time getting the correct insurance. One guy quoted me $15k for insurance when I know other contractors have paid about $4k for insurance. My company is brand new and based out of Nevada but the first area I will be working in is Michigan. I know the amounts of coverage I need but the women from the hsp keep saying blanket policy bla bla bla. I think they're over complicating it which is causing me a ton of money. Anybody with any input or a good insurance guy help me please!
