As a father of a 1 yr old myself... (She loves Noggin)... Not so upset by the programming as I am those damn catchy songs they play over and over again.. They get in your head and I find myself humming them intermittantly throughout the day.. When I was a kid it was Capt. Kangroo and Mr Greenjeans, followed by Romper Room and Sesame Street.. Guess these days those who can't make it in the entertainment biz or are trying to get back into it are thrust into Toddler Land entertainment.... whatever pays the bills...we are all familiar with that...
