Re: gitmo closing....is it a good idea?

What purpose does closing Gitmo serve, are we supposed to keep a better eye on the conditions and treatment of these detainees here on our own shores. If we pull out of Gitmo, I say we leave the detainees there along with a bomb that will level the place, that isn't torture,it is justice well served.
