Comcast Alchemy

Just a comment here. Have seen all sorts of companies advertising best rates etc on the vaunted alchemy program. Well it is my opinion that any company who is not paying the field sales rep person AT LEAST $400 plus per triple play is ripping that rep. off. All these top pay in industry posts and then statements of $300 alchemy triple play make me laugh. If a dsr company can't pay more than 50% to the field then they are doing something wrong. If I was still repping I would demand at least $425 a triple play alchemy sale. Heard of a company that was working Comcast Orlando that was giving the reps. a flat fee of $60 a unit EVEN if it was an alchemy. $60 a unit is not good even for BAU billing. Contracts are fairly uniform for most of the big boy cable mso's (ie Comcast, twc etc) but pay by the primes varies immensely. Might be wise to shop around a bit boys.......
