Do you UNDERSTAND what a contract is? You obviosly do NOT understand the power of "Collective Bargaining" A group of 130,000 is stronger than one. Maybe if the "Cable Industry" had more collective bargaining, things would improve on your side of the fence.
CWA and its members have been working hard to gain what we have over the last 50 or so years. We did NOT get what we have by standing by and letting the bottom line driven company give us what they saw fit. Once again, I am with you as a blue collar worker. I wish you all the best!!!
