man   just bug the crap out of your congressman to put an end to this     lets make companies that do this to hard working techs pay big for there scams  with severe civil penalties    its getting ridiculous   5 years ago  this wasnt a bad job to have   now there is too many people trying to get rich with there own bullsh-t installation companies and its all turning into a SCAM     EVERY TECH WHO IS DEALING WITH THIS OR KNOWS SOMEONE THAT IS  , SHOULD REALLY PRESS THE ISSUE OF ENACTING NEW LAWS TO PROTECT US .
