No we don't know the whole story, the Kid may be guilty as sin but I am more than a little concerned about the way the gov is handling his case. This is not the way its supposed to be, guilty until proven innocent. This is happening more and more, bad enough when its an adult but this kid is barely 16.  I know, he may be really bad, all kids are perfect in there parents eyes but don't  you think this is a little overdoing it? Lock him up and then at least let him have contact with his folks. I raised 3 son's, had more than my share of problems, been to the lockup a couple of times to retrieve one of them even. But I would be mad as hell if it was one of mine, and they would not even tell me what he was charged with. It took a lot of publicity before they would even do that. (((End of rant..)))
