I'll tell you like I tell everyone else.Tony Womack seemed like a nice guy at first.Unfortunately when it was time for my retainage to be reurned to me,he played phone games with me,lied to me that the check was in the mail,but it's been years and I haven't seen the check yet.He'll pay you as long as you're near him but keep good records.As for retainage,you can forget about it.
