I believe Metro over the smack you're throwing out. Dude , is your father the head of a HSP or something? Metro is correct, they don't have a thing to lose..They are making money hand over fist with no pensions to pay out, no retirement to pay out...Just money money money. By the time the most tenured company people get near 20 years in they will , either a) no longer be here, or b) let that person go before his pension is due. There's a lot of money in providing telecommunications, with 17 million subscribers paying on average $70 a month for t.v. , figure it out..They have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Now doing installs for a company that doesn't feel as though they want to pay you after you have funded the entire job for them...That's where the installer has everything to lose...You need to get your head out of the manager's meetings and head out the door one day with a real man...He would change your outlook on things.
