Get in line my friend, have you tried to contact any service providers? B4 you waste too much time make sure you can secure contract. Not a contract with someone who has a contract with someone who has a contract.......the demise of our business.......but a contract with the service provider. If YOU can aquire one of these.......you are in business. Otherwise don't waste your time.
