The comment that satellite customers never complain is just not true. Rain fade, sloppy workmanship, I have heard it all. I have worked on all sides of the telecom world and everyone complains everywhere. I have seen a dish mounted to a 4 diamater tree, one on a peice of fence that happened to be a gate. And the biggest complaint is no HSI. Everything else I do agree with, always know who is writing your check.
