Its simple. All your jobs and equipment are loaded under your tech #. You then use your pda to log on to technet where you put yourself on job, activate equip, close jobs etc etc etc. Charter is simple...cable is cable...They just ask for levels written on order, send modem levels to their site via eqa...Just alot of little things that take time. you can pm if have any questions about charter
