Haven't ya noticed that the economy is bad? Most of the crap is disconnects, and downgrades. Comcast is trying to give the shit away and it still isn't cheap enough, people will go back and forth, between cable and Sat until they cant pay the bills, or they will steal basic, and yes, they will always find a way...
