In plain English this is how this boils down for me, tell me how Im wrong. Business works like a river, it takes the path of least resistance. The rivers goal is to make it to a lake, ocean etc. Business' goal is to make a profit in a way that is the least resistant. So I see many rivers that cross the border into another country because thats the lesser resistant path, much like many of the businesses that strayed from this country. So instead of removing obstacles within our own country to make the path to success imposible we go over the border and build a dam. Damned if they do, damned if they dont. Hmmm. More control for the gubberment. I can agree with work performed in N.Y. for an office in London not being taxable as a problem, but I see another overreach overall.
